The Microfit Method
"The general who wins the battle makes many calculations in his temple before the battle is fought. The general who loses makes but few calculations beforehand."

Step 1 - Initial Interview:
The nature of the Interview Process is exploratory. The priority is to find critical information and evaluate key needs. This interview will take key players through a company analyzer (can also be taken by a single representative) and cross compare data, as well as a question and answer session.Step 2 - Strategy Mapping:
Once we have some data on the company and some in-depth questions answered, we can map the solutions and show where these solutions not only address singular issues, but how a series of solutions can work together to give you compounded strength. After step one and two are complete, you will be in a place to practically decide which course of action is best for you and your company.Step 3 - The Sit Down:
Now that you have selected what you want to address, and in which order, it’s time for the fun. We will set up meetings in which we bring our network of experts to the table... literally. We will present the experts with the issues you wish to address and then let our network get to work putting ideas together.Step 4 - Your Selections:
One by one each of our network experts will present their ideas and budgets for your project. You sit back and decide where the best bang for your buck lies. We are often able, through our financial network of banks, to get financing for many of our clients, keeping the payments low and cash flow maximized.Step 5 - Implementation Time:
By remaining neutral, we can act as the perfect liaison between you and the companies you select to work with. We act as your “expert” in the room, making sure each implementation compliments the next. With this method, we are an “agenda-less” consultant. Our only concern is you getting exactly what you believe your company needs.**Note... There are times where we will keep the work “in house” IF it is what’s best for the client and project. Most times our services are used in conjunction with our network of experts.
Philosophically
Culture (Why):
Everything, and we mean everything, begins with the company culture. If you are able to capture the heart and desire of your employee’s and focus their energy on a clear objective; there is nothing to hard... not even this economy. We can help you build a culture of trust and initiative, but we warn you up front, this is the most painful of all services we provide and must be met with humility and perseverance. We promise it is worth it in the end.
Team (Who):
Once you have a focused and clear perspective of who your company is and what it is about, every person has to be bought in. This is non-negotiable for a successful company. While you want to have an atmosphere that is a “failure safe” zone, those who don’t believe in the company culture or its direction, should be freed up to do something else with their time.Process (How):
Now that you know your “why” and you have the right people standing with you, its time to figure out how you’re going to make it all happen. It’s here that we outline the key processes that are going to make up your companies methodologies and best practices.System (What):
* We refer to this philosophy as "C.T.P.S."
This is typically where people try and start. They want to buy some piece of software or build some website that will fix all their problems. If you don’t have the first three pieces (why, who & how) taken care of, then your automation doesn’t matter.
